The kitchen: we propose a wide selection of regional wines and plates, with some excursions in other territories. Among the appetizers, the wild boar carpaccio and the slices of "cinta senese".
Among the first courses: the famous tuscan "pici" (hand made as the other pasta) with cheese and pepper or with duck gravy, the good ravioli, the rise with "farro" and the classic tuscan soups such as the "ribollita" and the tomato soup.
Among the second courses: the lamb, the "fegatelli" and the grilled meats.
We propose also some seasonal plates with truffle and mushrooms.
Among the dessert we purpose the chocolate cake and the cookies of the house.
The wines' menu, with over 200 wines the most tuscan wines, is very interesting and cared directly by Daria. We propose also a wide range of wines in glass.
